1 – Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore

Founded in Milan in 1921, the Catholic University of Sacred Heart of Milan - Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (UCSC) is one of the most important Catholic universities in Europe. With its four campuses of Milan, Brescia, Piacenza-Cremona and Rome, it is also the only university in Italy operating on a national scale. 
Conscious of its national and international prestige, UCSC remains committed to its mission of enhancing that combination of professional skills, cultural resources and human characteristics which is essential if we operate with realism and confidence, looking ahead to a future that already makes up the present for us all. 
In UCSC the activities developed in the sport domain by a psychosocial point of view, belong to three main aspects:  

  • Cattolica per lo sport, University consulting in the field of Sport (www.unicatt.it/cattolicaperlosport/); 
  • Higher Education, developed within the Alta Scuola Agostino Gemelli (ASAG) graduated school of the Catholic University of Milan; Second level Master: "Sport and Psychosocial Intervention" (asag.unicatt.it/asag-sport-e-intervento-psicosociale
  • Research activities, developed by the Research Unit "Psychology, Sport and Society" pertaining to the Psychology Department.
  • UCSC will lead the project together with other eight European partners.

2 – CONI

The Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI), by authority of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), provides discipline, regulation and management of national sports activities. Coni is a public entity responsible for the organisation and strengthening of national sports and the promotion of maximum proliferation of sport. 

Following the recent regulatory amendments of Decree Law No. 15 of 8 January 2004, CONI forms the Confederation of Sports Federations and Associated Disciplines. Permanently established on 9 and 10 June 1914 in Rome, today CONI has a presence in 102 Provinces and 19 Regions, it endorses 45 National Sports Federations, 19 Associated Disciplines, 14 National Sports Promotional Bodies and 1 local, and 20 Meritorious Associations.

These organisations represent around 95,000 sports clubs and a total of around 11 million members

3 – LEGA PRO

Lega Italiana Calcio Professionistico, commonly named Lega Pro, is the organiser of the Serie C Championship, the third Italian football division.

Founded in Florence on 13 July 1959, at the behest of Artemio Franchi, since 6 November 2018 it has been led by President Francesco Ghirelli. The vice-presidents are Cristiana Capotondi and Jacopo Tognon.

Lega Pro, with its 60 associated clubs, counts 1,230 professional footballers, 12,770 players from the youth sectors, and 318 players in the fourth category tournament, athletes with cognitive impairment.

Lega Pro was the first European football league to create a thematic channel, Serie C TV, which started broadcasting Serie C matches during the 2014/15 football season. All the championship matches are live streamed in high definition. 

In the framework of the DRAWS project, Lega Pro will meet players from the Serie C clubs youth sectors to identify new ideas and messages aimed at countering the pro-doping culture.

4 - FISAF.cz – (Czech Aerobic and Fitness Union FISAF.cz)

FISAF.cz was established in 1992 with following two main purposes – to develop competitive sport aerobics on national as well as international level and to educate fitness professionals. Every year organizing more than 40 events in all age and skills level categories including the Czech National Championships, and 50 education events. In 2011 adding third pile of their activities – preventive campaign Czechia moving focused on promotion of regular physical activity in everyday life.

FISAF.cz is one of the most successful members of the FISAF International, a worldwide federation of competitive forms of aerobics, fitness, and Hip Hop (Hip Hop Unite). In the Czech Republic being a member of the CUS Czech Union of Sports (the biggest association of sport clubs in the Czech Republic), the Czech Chamber of Fitness and Czech Chamber of Commerce.

In 2016 participated in the Erasmus + project ALCIS2.

5 - International Olympic Truce Centre

The International Olympic Truce Centre was established in July 2000 as a joint initiative of Greece and the International Olympic Committee, turning the commitment of the Olympic Movement to promote its peaceful principles into concrete action. The International Olympic Truce Centre's mission is to promote the Olympic Ideals, to serve peace and friendship, and to cultivate international understanding. In particular, to uphold the observance of the Olympic Truce, calling for all hostilities to cease during the Olympic Games and beyond, and to mobilize the youth worldwide in the cause of Peace.
During the first years, the International Olympic Truce Centre's absolute priority was that the Truce is respected during all Olympic Games. Since 2010, the Centre's activities have expanded into the field of education. Most of the emphasis is put in educating the youth with the use of the power of sport, so that the Olympic Ideals can take root and flourish. It is the use of sport as a tool to instill the Olympic Values that can help the young generation to gradually build a Culture of Peace.

The Centre has also developed «Hestia FC», the first football team in Greece for refugee women with fewer opportunities. Through this programme, sport is used as a tool for protection, empowerment, and social inclusion. Additionally, since 2019, the IOTC activities have expanded in the field of Erasmus+ Sport Projects, co-funded by the European Commission. The Centre's wider and long-term objective is the creation and continuous promotion of the adoption of a Culture of Peace, which respects human rights.

6 - Lithuanian Sports Federations Union

Lithuanian Sports Federations Union (LSFS) are association of national sport federations in Lithuania. LSFS was founded in 1996 and it is the biggest non-governmental sport organization in Lithuania, which unites 71 different sport federations and represents them on both regional and national level. LSFS is a member of the European Non-Governmental Sports Organizations association (ENGSO). One of the main tasks of LSFS is to organize complex events in Lithuania, such as Lithuanian youth and juniors' games, World Lithuanian Games, Baltic Sea Youth Games and so on.
Largest international events organized are the World Lithuanian Games (20 - Lithuanian communities from foreign countries) and the Baltic Sea Youth Games (8).
Participation in international projects: over the last nine years, LSFS has also actively participated in different kinds of projects funded by the EU. Both the projects and the several national seminars, organized by federations and their sport clubs staff, coaches and athletes, focus on their qualification improvement, dual careers aspects, and the promotion of equal opportunities.

7 - LEVSKI-Sport for all

In 1994 "Levski - Sport for ?ll" was established as a sports section in the Multisport club "Levski – Sofia", subsequently registered as an independent sports association. In present LEVSKI – Sport for all is a network including more than 40 clubs per kind of sport, multisport organizations and specialized school for sport talents, with 500 students and 80 teachers.

Main objective of the association is to promote, support and develop sports and clubs different type of sports with name "Levski" and the organization of grassroots sport events.

It is a member of the European multisport club association; the Bulgarian school sport association; and the Bulgarian sport for all association. During its 26 years of organizational life, we organized and collaborated on numerous initiatives related to improving the sports culture and skills of citizens like elite sport support initiatives. 
Iconic initiatives:

  • Student Games  Sofia -  200 schools, 3 age groups, 8 sports , +12,000 participants;
  • "Coca-Cola Cup" - Soccer Tournaments - 10 cities, 400 schools, 16,000 participants, 12-14 age;
  • Erasmus + Sport "Sports & Support" Project - Promoting the Olympic spirit, 10 schools, 10 sports, elite coaches;
  • "Little Giants" - volleyball tournaments - 11-14 years, 7 cities, 120 schools.

8 - Latvian Sports Federations Council

Latvian Sports Federations Council is a non-governmental foundation created in 1993 with the purpose to unite sport federations in Latvia and act as their umbrella organisation. It coordinates activities of the sports federations in Latvia, contributes of strengthening their capacity, represents and implements their common interests. LSFC also certifies sports professionals (coaches) and is responsible for recognition and introduction of foreign professional qualifications in Latvia. LSFC cooperates with the government and local authorities, promotes sport development and cooperation in the field of sport, as well as participates in the decision-making processes related to sport. LSFC currently has 95 member federations including 87 sports federations and 8 sport sector federations that further unite sports clubs and other sports organisations throughout the country.

LSFC role in the project DRAWS is to address the objective of combating doping in recreational environments by assisting with the quantitative data collection from the youth and presenting awareness training for preventing doping in young sport participants.

9 - HAŠK Mladost

Founded in Zagreb in 1903 (under the name of Hrvatski akademski športski klub) the Croatian club was conceived as a modern sport organisation to gather existing sports and promote and introduce new ones. One of the characteristics of that time was broadening the multisport approach where members practised various sports, often depending on the season of the year. In 1990 with the democratic changes in Croatia the association turned its name into "HAŠK Mladost of the University of Zagreb" (Hrvatski Akademski Športski Klubovi Mladost), receiving the approval of the Rector of the University of Zagreb to add the name of the University. Throught the history members of the HAŠK Mladost sports won 42 Olympic medals.
Currently HAŠK Mladost is the largest academic sports society in Croatia, consisting of 28 sport sections (of which most famous are Rowing, Athletic, Water Polo, Swimming and Volleyball) with more than altogether 4,200 sport athletes. In 2018 the club celebrates 115 years of continuity and excellence.
